SUMMERKIWI™> New thanks to its taste
•More aromatic and juicier: its intense aroma is due
also to its high mineral elements content: elements such
as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and magnesium,
and vitamins, too, such as C, A, B E, B1, B2, B6 vitamins
and folic acid.
• Sweeter: Less acidic and sweeter, it can be consumed
with a hardness degree just to 0,1 kgf.
•More tender: the core, the white central part of Summerkiwi,
is as tender as its pulp.
•More taste: it is a tasteful kiwi. It ripens on the
plant and it can reach a sugar degree of 18° Brix, but
it is very good already with a sugar degree of 12,5-13° Brix;
its rapid transformation of starches into sugars allows to
consume it a few days after the harvest. |
